On July 24, 2009, the current Federal Minimum Wage rate of $6.55 per hour will increase to $7.25 per hour.  All covered employers, regardless of size, are required to post the most recent Minimum Wage poster, along with the five other required Federal Posters, even if your state’s minimum wage differs.

Also, the Federal Government recently released the new Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) poster based on revisions finalized in November.  The new mandated poster went into effect January 16, 2009.
